Dear VIPNET members,

The abstract paper of VIPNET project is currently in circulation for regional review and I expect the review will be completed by the end of Nov 2003. Afterwards, we are scheduled to submit the full proposal in order to upgrade the VIPNET to an IMS international program.

Considering this situation, I believe that it will be beneficial to have a kick off meeting for starting the VIPNET project. As the international coordinating partner, I would like to invite you to the kick-off meeting described below.

Please let me know if you, as participant in the VIPNET, can attend the meeting. I would appreciate your intention and comments. Based upon your response, I would like to convene officially the kick-off meeting. Thankyou for your cooperation in advance.
